I started writing about football a good few years ago, and have been involved in lots of football blogs and websites since. I particularly enjoy researching my news articles and opinion pieces to try and find something that hasn’t yet been picked up on by the rest of the football world.
As the editor of the old Anfield Roar fanzine, I have lived and breathed LFC for years and years! It think it’s in my blood, as my dadand grandad are also massive LFC fans. I think I know what makes a good article or news story, and enjoy writing these up to try and make them as interesting and entertaining as possible (even if that isn’t always the case!)
Having been born in London, I had to rely on my Dad to help me pick a football team to support. I had already been in mini Liverpool kits (and even babygrows!) for about 7 years before I even started to take a real interest in football, so I didn’t really have a choice!
I am a massive fan of Steven Gerrard and Luis Suarez, and obviously Momo Salah. My best LFC memory is watching us winning the Champs League. Hopefully we’ll do it again soon!
I love writing about football – especially Liverpool FC. I have been an avid supporter since the age of 6, and go to most games (as a season ticket holder in the Kop). I have been watching the Reds for over 30 years now, and like to think I know a thing or two about football…!
Our newest recruit, and a student to boot. Roland has now been writing with us for seven years and we still don’t have a bio for him! He’s a big LFC fan, but seems to get too much pleasure out of keeping clean sheets. Roland is the newest member of our team, which means we’re on the lookout for someone younger and even more talented… 🙂 – get in touch.
